Vape Craft LLC can not be held liable for any damages to person or property that may potentially ensue from the misuse or mishandling of any product or item purchased on vapecraftinc.com. All shipments are delivered with adult signature required. You must be available to sign for the package when it arrives. You hereby firm and warrant that you are at least twenty one (21) years of age and are capable of lawfully entering into and executing the terms of this agreement.

PACT Act Compliance & Age Verification

We comply with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to purchase vapor products.

We utilize third-party age verification systems at the time of purchase and may require additional identity verification before order fulfillment. Orders that fail age verification will be canceled.

Shipping & Adult Signature Requirement

All orders containing vapor products are shipped in full compliance with the PACT Act. This includes:

Shipment only through PACT-compliant carriers
Adult signature (21+) required upon delivery
No delivery to P.O. boxes or locations where age verification cannot be completed

By placing an order, you acknowledge that a person 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package. Failed delivery attempts due to absence of an eligible recipient may result in delays, returns, or additional fees.

Legal Restrictions & Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with the PACT Act or applicable laws, including but not limited to restrictions based on shipping location, product type, or regulatory limitations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction. We do not ship to areas where prohibited.

Handling Fee

Handling Fee: We are forced to charge extra due to regulations as an e-liquid manufacturer and instead of passing the full cost to you, we ate most of the cost and only charge $5.50 an order as a regulatory fee. Thank you for your understanding and helping us stay in business during these times.
