Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST . *with the exception of certain holidays*

Processing Time:

Processing can take up to five full working business days to finish processing BEFORE packages are handed off to the carrier for the shipping times below. Orders received after 12PM PST will be considered as being received the next business day. 

*Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working business day.

Shipping times:

Free Shipping on orders $70 or more : 7-21 business days

Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

Transit times are not guaranteed, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy for Incorrect Bottles:

We will either replace the bottle, or issue a store credit for use on a future order. A photo is required as proof of an incorrect item received.

All International Orders (Including Canada):

Due to customs checks, we can not guarantee shipping transit times for international orders. Please expect added delays that are at the discretion of the customs officials in your country. Vape Craft Inc is not responsible for orders/items seized by customs and refunds will not be issued.

Age Verification Process & How to verify Your Age:

*Age verification is required for our products by the FDA. (All regulations are set by the FDA)

The customer’s name and DOB are run through a third party age verification system.

If your age can not be verified through the automated system, your order will not be able to be placed. 

 Refunds:

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process before they show up on the card used. Vape Craft Inc is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it. 

RTS Packages:

If an order is returned to sender for any reason:

We will issue a refund for the order minus the shipping costs. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund.

Reward Points:

You can redeem reward points (each point is worth one cent) on a desktop or on a mobile browser. Once you get to the payment section at checkout you can check the box to spend your points on the order.

*We currently do not have an option to redeem reward points on our Android App.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be used. We are unable to process a discount code after an order has been received, and refunds will not be issued due to a discount code not being applied prior to the order being submitted. Discount codes can be applied prior to the checkout screen through your cart.

 

Currency Conversion Policy: 

Vape Craft LLC uses USD currency with all transactions. Vape Craft Inc is not responsible for charges incurred by your bank when currency is converted. Please understand what your bank may charge you to convert currency before ordering from us. Vape Craft Inc is not responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred to your account due to currency conversion. Please contact your bank prior to purchasing from us to understand what the charges may be to convert from your country's currency to USD.
