Due to order volume, please expect a 5-7 day Processing Time Before Being Shipped. ie: "2 Day Shipping" May take 7-12 business days to get to you due to our processing your order.

All International Orders (Including Canada): Due to customs checks, we can not guarantee shipping times for international orders. Please expect added delays that are at the discretion of the customs officials in your country. Vape Craft is not responsible for customs delays/order seizures due to ordering items forbidden for import to your country. 

Late Shipments

Due to high volumes of packages that the shipping carrier receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While our shipping carrier offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Vape Craft LLC and must be resolved by contacting the shipping carrier directly. We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that the shipping carrier is experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 3 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local branch or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
